Stained Glass Emblem

Valerie Perdoncin, a lifelong resident of the Bronx, died on June 12, 2014. She was 72.

Mrs. Perdoncin was born on July 6, 1941 in New York City to the late Vincent and Frances (Cardillo) Cafiero. On April 16, 1966 she married Aldo Perdoncin. He died on February 16, 2014. She was a very devout woman who attended church religiously. She was a loving and caring mother who adopted four children in addition to her own.

She is survived by her children, Michael Perdoncin, Christopher Perdoncin, Anthony Perdoncin, Jonathan Perdoncin, Angela Perdoncin, and Maryann Perdoncin; her grandson, Troy Gittens; her brother, Vincent Cafiero and his wife Theresa; and her sister, Monica Palansky and her husband Paul.

Visiting will be Thursday 4-8pm at Joseph A. Lucchese Funeral Home, 726 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx. Mass of Christian Burial Friday 10:15am at Our Lady of Solace Church. Interment will follow at West Taghkanic Cemetery, West Taghkanic, NY.
